Train all Units, across any number of playthroughs. A satirical song from the comic opera The Pirates of Penzance about how a "modern Major-General" in the British Army should behave. The achievement is not working with Brave New World expansion pack as with the changes of Foreign Legion unit, which is now a special tenet. It can still be achieved by temporarily disabling BNW.
